Who We Are

Business Travel Purchase Consulting is an independent advisory firm specialising in corporate travel and mobility procurement, programme design, and sourcing strategy.

We help organisations design travel programmes that are commercially sound, operationally robust, and aligned with real business behaviour. Our work sits upstream of booking and transactions, focusing on audits, RFPs, supplier negotiations, policy design, and programme governance.

Leadership

Sabah Kahoul
Managing Partner and Founder

Sabah brings deep, hands-on experience in global travel and mobility management, grounded in both in-house leadership roles and independent consulting practice.

Before founding Business Travel Purchase Consulting, she worked for a multinational car rental provider and then spent nine years as EMEA Travel Category Manager for a US technology group. She subsequently moved into the role of Head of Travel and Meetings for an outsourced procurement specialist, where she oversaw complex multinational travel programmes across multiple regions and supplier environments.

A bilingual English and French speaker, Sabah launched Business Travel Purchase Consulting in 2014 to provide the kind of practical, experience-led advisory support she wished she had access to when managing travel programmes herself. Although based in Paris, she serves as President of the Association of Swiss Travel Management and is a regular panellist at travel industry events across Europe.

Her work is characterised by a practical, commercially grounded approach to travel procurement, supplier governance, and programme design, with a strong focus on long-term programme health rather than short-term cost optics.
